€4.00 - Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia

1 to 2 business days if ordered by 12pm.

Deliveries are tracked and made by GLS Monday to Friday. A signature or instructions are required on delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched on the same day.

Orders placed on a Thursday (after 12pm) or Friday (before 12pm) will be despatched on Friday.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).

We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days. The cost of return will be at your expense.

1. Download and print the Returns Form

2. Pack your product(s) preferably in its original box and packaging. Products must be in the condition you received them with all packaging and labels attached.

3. Ship your return by your preferred method. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Services on +420 775 463 901 (Lines open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).

Once your return has been received and inspected by our returns department, you will get confirmation that a refund has been issued.

Wrong, Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a wrong (different than displayed online) or damaged item you can return it within 30 days from the shipping date. If the item is faulty, you have 3 years from the order date to file a warranty claim. Return the item using your preferred method, please send us proof of payment and we will refund the costs. If proof of payment for the return is not supplied to us we will refund you an estimated cost of return postage.
